Due to expansion of our Contracts department we are seeking to enhance an already thriving department.
The candidate will work from our Leeds office and experience within the Fire Sprinkler or Building Services industry is essential.
The role requires good planning, organisation and man-management of on site personnel. To be responsible for ensuring that company contracts are planned in accordance with contract terms and conditions in collaboration with the Project Design dept., Service Manager and Project Engineers. To attend site progress/co-ordination meetings and produce regular feedback and reports. The successful applicant must be prepared to travel nationwide therefore a current UK driving licence is essential.
The candidate must be IT literate, including Word and Excel. A high degree of communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
