Armstrong Priestley was set up in 1975 in a single room in Leeds. We now have four main offices supplying homes, schools, councils and businesses with fire protection, all over the country.
Our experience in the industry makes us uniquely qualified to service sprinkler systems of any type, and we have a range of service plans that can be fitted to your schedule.
Fire Sprinkler Servicing in Newcastle
To ensure that you get the most out of your fire sprinklers, they need to be serviced regularly.
Your fire sprinklers will not provide maximum fire safety unless they are checked for faults on a regular basis.
It is true that four sprinklers or less can put out 60% of all fires, but a fully operational sprinkler system will extinguish or control 99%.
Maintenance of your sprinkler system will increase its life span, guarantee that your investment is not wasted, reduce long-term costs, and protect your building and the people in it.
It will also avoid your sprinklers accidentally discharging and causing water damage.
We will collaborate with you to draw up a tailored service plan that suits your requirements. We offer a flexible service that works to your hours, causing as little inconvenience as possible.

Newcastle Sectors that we Service
Within all of the following categories we can fit custom-made fire sprinklers, whether your building is a new-build or retro-fit project. In many cases a pump and water tank will need to be installed unless a mains solution is possible.

Newcastle upon Tyne is located 8.5 miles from the North Sea, on the northern bank of the River Tyne. It draws many visitors for its attractive Georgian architecture around Grey’s Monument; its university; Newcastle United Football Club; and the Gateshead Quayside panorama of bridges – Tyne Bridge, Robert Stephenson’s High Level Bridge (the first road/rail bridge in the world), the Swing Bridge and the tilting Millennium Bridge.
The city grew from a Roman fort – Pons Aelius, or Hadrian’s Bridge – but it is named after a castle built in 1080. The original motte and bailey structure of the castle was built by William the Conqueror’s son, Robert Curthose, but it was replaced with a stone keep in the 12th century.
