Service Manager, Paul takes early retirement

Back in May 1998, Paul Weston joined Armstrong Priestley as one of our Contracts Engineers. Coming from being a car salesman to fire sprinklers was a huge leap for Paul and he had to learn quickly.   In 2011 Paul’s role changed to an even more challenging one when he was appointed as Service Manager.  A very demanding role in which Paul has excelled and the department has grown into what it is today.

When Paul joined the company he had always made it clear that his intention was for the position to be a temporary one, until he found something which suited him better.  However, like a few more of us at Armstrong Priestley who came here on a temporary basis, Paul stayed and has now been with the company for 18 ½ years.

12 months ago Paul decided that the time was right for him to retire (take early retirement) and we’re very sad to say that today 23 December 2016 was Paul’s last day with us. His hard work, commitment and loyalty to the Company have always been appreciated and he will most definitely be missed by us all.   We would like to thank Paul for everything he has contributed and to wish him all the very best for his retirement.  Enjoy the rest Paul and remember to keep in touch.
