HOLBECK is on the south side of Leeds and easily accessible from the M1 and M62 via the M621. Holbeck Lane is a short distance from Leeds City Railway Station, taxis are available at the Station and travel time to our offices is approximately five minutes.
DIRECTIONS FROM M1 SOUTH
Travelling on the M1 as you approach Leeds, the motorway divides into the M1 and M621. Take the M621 and come off at Junction 3, which is sign posted Central Leeds and Holbeck. Follow the road round, being aware of the traffic coming from your right. Keep the bus lane on your left. As the bus lane runs out turn left sign posted Holbeck ¾ and passing through the traffic lights you are now in Jack Lane. Continue down Jack Lane going over the hump back bridge. Following the road round to the right, you are now in Bridge Road so it will come as no great surprise to you that you soon pass under a railway bridge. Peter Cassidy’s is on the left and the Lord Nelson pub on the right. After passing these two, Armstrong Priestley is in front of you to the left. Turn left into Braithwaite Street just before Seventy Seven and the entrance is on your right.

If you are travelling from the North down the A1, take the M1 South and turn off at Junction 44, the A639 (M621) sign posted Leeds South. At the top of the slip road, turn right, following the signs for Leeds until you reach the M621. Turn left on the M621 towards Leeds and come off at Junction 3 sign posted Central Leeds and Holbeck. Follow the road round, being aware of the traffic coming from your right. Keep the bus lane on your left. As the bus lane runs out turn left sign posted Holbeck ¾ and passing through the traffic lights you are now in Jack Lane. Continue down Jack Lane going over the hump back bridge. Following the road round to the right, you are now in Bridge Road so it will come as no great surprise to you that you soon pass under a railway bridge. If you are travelling from Manchester on the M62 from the West, turn off onto the M621 and take Junction 3, sign posted Central Leeds and Holbeck. Almost immediately after you enter the slip road, slip off to the left sign posted Holbeck ¾. You are now entering Jack Lane, continue down Jack Lane going over the hump back bridge. Following the road round to the right, you are now in Bridge Road so it will come as no great surprise to you that you soon pass under a railway bridge. Peter Cassidy’s is on the left and the Lord Nelson pub on the right. After passing these two, Armstrong Priestley is in front of you to the left. Turn left into Braithwaite Street just before Seventy Seven and the entrance is on your right.
DIRECTIONS FROM M62 EAST
Turn off the M62 at Junction 29 and take the M1 going North and follow the instructions above as though coming from the M1 South.
